If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your artwork, I gladly accept returns and offer refunds within 30 days of receiving your order.
To initiate a return, simply make contact and I’ll guide you through the process with care.
Please keep in mind:
- Returned items must be in their original condition.
- Refunds will be processed once the artwork is safely returned.
- Shipping costs for returns will be the responsibility of the buyer, unless the item arrives damaged or defective, in which case I will cover all associated costs.
Should your artwork arrive damaged due to shipping issues, please reach out as soon as possible with photos of the damage so I can make things right.
