Below you’ll find a few examples from several books I have, or am in the process of illustrating.
While I like to vary and adapt my style to suit the needs of my clients and their story, I work hard to keep continuity within each project, working strictly within each colour palette, my approach and which brushes I use. There are also some strong running themes throughout everything I do. Notably, my attention to detail! From a fiddly abacus, to the spider or the bird I’ve hidden in the background for kids to spot as they make their way through the pages; this is admittedly an obsession of mine, so I'm only too happy to find opportunities for that if the brief aligns.
